Started in 2001 by husband and wife team Phil Bennett and Linda Murphy, the business has grown to become a leading supplier to our hospitality industry.
Our focus is on using quality ingredients to enable chefs to serve delicious authentic dishes that their customers love.
Constantly looking for new ideas and international trends, Phil and Linda travelled to Germany and Italy in 2009 to visit Anuga Foodtech in Cologne and tour Northern Italy.
The tour covered many regions of Northern Italy, especially the provinces of Emilia Romagna and Tuscany - both home to "Fresh Pasta".
The trip to Italy was a fantastic opportunity to visit Pasta makers and share ideas with people who are equally as passionate about pasta and Italian cooking as we are.
